Frequently asked questions
These answers describe the standard Brandaflow.com billing flow. The options displayed during checkout remain the source of truth for an individual transaction.
How can I pay for a Brandaflow.com plan?
Available workspaces may use online checkout through the central Metafora Pay Hub or submit a manual bank transfer. The payment methods shown during checkout depend on provider availability, account configuration, and your location.
When does my paid plan become active?
Your plan becomes active only after Brandaflow.com receives a verified paid or settled status. A pending checkout, unpaid invoice, or transfer proof waiting for review does not change your subscription.
Why does a manual transfer include a unique code?
The unique code is added to the final transfer amount so the finance team can match your payment to the correct invoice. Transfer the exact amount shown and include a clear payment screenshot.
Where can I see payment status and invoices?
Open Subscription in your workspace to review your current plan, usage, billing history, invoices, and submitted payment confirmations when those records are available.
How do I cancel or downgrade a plan?
The workspace owner can contact customer support with the workspace name and billing reference. We will confirm when the change takes effect and explain any usage limits that apply to the destination plan before processing it.
Can I request a refund?
Fees are generally non-refundable after a paid plan has been activated, except where required by applicable law or separately agreed. Duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or a verified failure to provision paid access can be submitted for review. A request does not guarantee approval.
What should I include in a billing support request?
Include your workspace name, invoice or order reference, payment date, amount, and a brief description of the issue. Never send passwords, secret keys, or full payment credentials.
How do I reach customer support?
Use the Brandaflow.com contact page for billing, cancellation, refund, and account-support requests. Providing a clear invoice reference helps the team investigate faster.
